Road Closure-Black Hill Road Arthington

Report from Operations Manager, Highway Services.

I response to concerns over the surcharging surface water and potential concerns due to the formation of ICE, I intend to close Black Hill Road on Sunday Morning 1 December, to permit the cleansing and desilting of the surface water drainage systems.

I hope to limit the works to Sunday morning, but this may extend into early afternoon.
